Every alert — local scanner and TradingView fan-out — scored by how far price sits from its moving average, as a percentile of that symbol's own history. Rank decides position size and which alerts may draw on the reserved capital. A raw percentage would rank by volatility instead: SOXL sits 3.7% from its MA and that is its 10th percentile, while NVDA at 5.2% is its 85th.
